Directions: Chew the tablet until it dissolves, take a sip of water and swirl for 30 seconds, spit out water.

Our Mouthwash tablets are packaged in an aluminum container and a paper box. Please reuse the box, but if it becomes damaged it can be put in the recycling. The paper box can be recycled or composted as well.
